EXIF rotation and mixed aspect ratios are handled without stretching. Your filenames or chapters control sequence.
We inspect representative frames and verify codec, dimensions, duration, and audio before private delivery.
Sequence: you provide numbered files, folders, or chapter anchors. We do not infer someone’s age or chronology from appearance.
Music: optional audio must be supplied by you with the right to use it. Silent delivery is available.
Not included: complex restoration, generated faces, video clips, custom animation, USB/DVD manufacture, venue operation, or a guarantee for unknown hardware.
Refund: full refund if we miss the accepted first-cut deadline. After delivery, refunds apply to an unresolved technical defect or failure to match the written scope.
Orders use an approved private business upload request and private download link. Working/source files are deleted within 24 hours after confirmed receipt unless earlier deletion is requested.
H.264 MP4 is widely compatible, but venue hardware varies. Test both supplied files on the actual display and keep the fallback local before the service.
